For looking after ourselves. For looking after each other. For making choices for the marathon, not the sprint.
In a recent (Zoom) staff meeting, we had a discussion about how we might begin to adjust to this new mode of operating, to this new normal. We came up with the below tips (we are sure you have many more).
Here's our list:
- Get some sunshine and breathe some fresh air as often as you can.
- Switch off the news and social media occasionally.
- Hug those you can. 20sec+ hugs release good endorphins.
- Practice gratefulness.
